I applied online. I interviewed at OnDeck (New York, NY)
Interview
I had two phone interviews (i.e. phone screen & phone interview). The call with the recruiter went really well as relevant questions were asked. The recruiter was quick and got me on a call with the manager the same week. The phone interview with the manager was decent as he talked more than asked questions. By the end of the conversation, positive next steps were expressed. I followed up with the company 2 days later and didn't receive a response. I tried again twice 1-2 weeks later and didn't receive an email/phone call. Even if it's negative news, candidates should still be notified.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OnDeck (Sydney)
Interview
On phone call with external recruitment company then in person interview with 2 people from inside the company.
Interview ran over time as they tried to cram in Interview questions with a case study in one hour. They did not control the interview process well, so it was rushed throughout

applied online. 1st and 2nd round went smoothly. then on-site. scheduled to pick me up at the airport, but no one came. told me to provide receipt then reimburse me, but didn't. employees I met seemed don't really care about the job or the interview.
