I applied online, first give me a exercise. Then I did very well and then no response. After a month, I received the result that I did really well and then HR interview. Then a tech interview given by a senior, then onsite. All I did very well, but after a week then told me I don't have enough industry experience. I jut don't know what a irresponsible company it is! All they told me was that it was a junior data scientist. So they never asked me about experience but only my projects. So I think they are just look for some reason. Actually, the company was really bad and actually their senior data scientists and also junior data scientists, hardly have statistics or mathematics or even computer science background. One senior who gave me interview was actually a master in Mechanical Engineering, actually not very good at statistics and machine learning. So I am assuming they are just want someone with low salary expectance. It was the worst interview I already have, not one of, but the worst. I never want to apply a company unprofessional like this.
