I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at On Device Research (London, England)
Interview
Approached by recruiter by Linkedin. Phone call with research director, debranded report task, which involved presenting to 3+ managers with both soft and hard skill type questions and an additional chat with research director.
I had a 1-2 video interview with mostly standard questions about my experience and interest in the role. I feel that I was asked some almost trick questions which were misleading/irrelevant which didn't seem very professional.
Also, although I believe I clearly demonstrated my interest in both the company and sector, I was rejected on the basis that 'they felt that if something more interesting came along, then I would leave' which I feel is a pretty unreasonable reason for rejection given that I would assume/hope that most people would change jobs if they found something better.
