Phone screening with a recruiter, then met with a member of the team, completed a take-home assignment, then interviewed with lead/hiring manager. Next would have been a panel interview but didn't make it that far.
The take-home assignment felt excessive honestly

The interviewer was not a recruiter (worked in the team) so it wasn't a smooth conversation but they seemed nice. However, I was told I would get a response soon as they were looking to hire and no one responded to my follow up emails. So disappointing.
