Interview
Was placed in applicant pool by recruiter. Met with President Andy McDade and CRM Melissa. Both were extremely nice and welcoming. Interview lasted about 2 hours discussing the many different realms of the position. Finished with a tour of the office and warehouse.
Was in building over 5 hours. Interviewed by 3 different people. No one knew what they were doing. They still don't. If they had an actual skilled HR Manager they would be able to do this more successfully.
