BE WARNED - this is another company trying to get free ideas and free work in the guise of an "assessment" during interviews. It's apparently impossible for them to gauge how you think, what you prioritize and how you project plan by hearing about work you've already been paid to accomplish. This crap has got to stop.

Too many interviews - I had to talk to 5 people in individual sessions. Then for the assignment part (which is not paid), it's extensive and I could see one of the LT interviewers was barely paying attention or doing something else while I was presenting. You are encouraged to ask questions to other team members, but their ill will to answer was a problem. Then they came back with a generic response of "we decided to go with someone else" instead of giving valid feedback (and I know it was a lie because the role remained open).
