The process has taken 3 weeks, but the company has kept in constant contact. First an HR recruiter calls and does a 20 minute phone interview just to insure you meet minimum requirements and have the skill set. They will also give you a pay range for this position. The second interview was with the direct supervisor and her boss. It was very laid back and though starting out with scripted questions, it quickly became more conversational. The last interview was with the Dept Director. All conversational and gets to the meat of what the job entails, what you can expect and what the company expects in return.
Ignore the offer question as am still in consideration and this was not a choice. The company asks for 7 references to be submitted online with email addresses. they do not call references, but send a survey for them to fill out. the more that return the survey the better off you are.
