OCR promises you the world, but delivers nothing. Opportunities are offered, but disappear or go to manager's buddies. Respect is maintained during initial interview, but afterwards you are treated like a piece of meat.

How do you plan to change the department, who would you hire and fire?
Phone interview then in-person interview with the manager. Usually the whole process takes two weeks and then once that finishes they will send an email of acceptance and a offer letter
It was short and sweet. The interviewers were not dressed in suits pretty casual . I got the offer shortly after the interview. I'm going to hit thirty words thirty words thirty words
Interview process was very professional and informative . I met two of the managers and got a walkthrough of the facility. I asked questions and they were answered, the interviewer was so nice.
