OmniSYS interview questions

Very simple and well communicated by the entire team. First, I spoke with the recruiting team, then was brought in for an interview with the hiring manager. A final "meet the team" step was included quickly after. The entire process was only a few weeks.

Most unprofessional interview process I’ve ever seen. There was no actual interview, we joined a sales call in process. The interviewing manager didn’t even have my resume or know anything about my background, I don’t think he even knew my name. He switched gears on the job I applied for mid process, telling me I would not get an offer if it was for that job. I called back the next day to accept the demoted position and he never returned the call. The recruiter said he was still interested but drug the no contact interview process into 3 months. After that long I had the recruiter relay message I was no longer interested. Also the recruiter mentioned not getting paid by the company for his services.
