Plusieurs phases : RH avec questions classiques. Puis, deux test en ligne a faire (Qualite humaine et intelligence abstraite. Enfin, entretiens avec responsable hierarchique. Deux entretiens avec ce dernier d'une heure chaque

Question 1
Vous avez un collaborateur que vous managez dans une equipe de plusieurs personnes. Ce dernier part en vacance apres avoir livre au client un dossier de livrable. Le client revient vers nous avec des problemes. Que faites vous?
Entretien RH (par téléphone, environ 15 minutes) puis un entretien avec le manageur du poste ( en présentiel dans les locaux de Omexom) et possiblement un dernier entretien avec le chef d’entreprise.
