Interview
One round interview, not very stressful, fill application form first then asking about working experience, personality, strong and weak point etc. also asked about some technical questions about telecommunications and public safety systems.
Prestage: There will be an application form that you have to fill in
Stage 1: There is a written test about Strength and Weakness and leadership abilities. It will take you quite a while so be prepared for the test.
Stage 2: There is a formal interview conducted, questions asked will be based on the application form submitted and the written test

Interview
Asked to fill Employment Form, called for interview, psychometric tests followed by interview with the Manager and then a second interview with the Managing Director of the company. The Managing Director was more interested in project management experience and the kind of courses that I had taken during my undergraduate years wherein the manager went deeper into the technical aspects of what I had done in my final year project at the university.
