First interview Recruiter, second interview Hiring Manager, given a take-home exercise which I spent 5 hours to prepare. All online interviews. Third interview with three team member two weeks later, was told to move into the next round to meet with 5 different department managers with zoom calls. One week later received Recruiter email saying they decided to move on to different candidates. The whole process is rushed with no sincerity. I feel like they just want to have free consulting from very experienced people. The Program Managers who interviewed me seem to lack real PM work experience. Wasted my time, I advise not to apply for this company. I do not think they are willing to pay experienced people who will ask for higher pay.
