I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Omada Health in Nov 2021
Interview
After I applied, I received an email with a questionnaire that included basic coaching scenarios and few questions about me and my experience. The next step was a 20-30 minute video interview with two members of the coaching team. It was relatively easy and nothing I haven't experienced in other interviews for similar positions. My only complaint was that they said I would have an answer within a week of my interview, and I didn't actually hear back for more than two weeks. They let me know they had filled all their open positions and put me on a waitlist for when they need more coaches.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Omada Health in Dec 2024
Interview
There was a short assessment to show how you would answer common questions from members as well as a test to assess your knowledge of google suite and typing speed.
After that, it is a 20 minute panel interview.

What type of demographic experience are you used to coaching (either in person or remote)? (ex: hypertension, general weight loss, fitness, age range, etc.)
First, written responses to a variety of coaching scenarios, typing test, and internet capability. From there a zoom interview with two members of the leadership team. plus time to ask questions. Pretty standard process.
