The process was on average longer than most other medical device companies. Two separate trips to the home office were required due to the entire interview team not being available during initial visit. However, two face to face rounds or visits are not uncommon for these types of positions

The interview process included a review of presentation skills. Including this in the process is a great idea.
There are many layers to the interview process and took approximately 3-4mo before an offer was provided. The company is very matrixed and requires a lot of alignment to make a decision.

HR interview...boiler plate. Interviewer asked me to describe steps to a product launch when she clearly had no idea of the product/industry specific necessities involved in a launch. After answering the question, she asked it again. Very frustrating that her lack of knowledge prevented me from moving forward in the process
