Interview
I first had an a phone interview with someone from HR. Then a second interview with someone from HR and an engineer. My second interview ended up being through skype but it is usually at one of their campus offices

Question 1
Asked usual questions... tell me a little about your self, tell me a time when you had a conflict and how you worked to solve it, tell me a time you had a conflict with others
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Olsson (Fort Worth, TX) in May 2021
Interview
The interview process was pretty simple. It seemed like the company was more interested in who I was as a person rather than my technical knowledge. Needless to say, I enjoyed the process and Olsson seemed like a great place to work just based off of the interview process.
Interview was very conversational and fairly laid back. The interview lasted 30-45 minutes and was not difficult at all. The interviews asked about resume points and wanted to know about me better as a person.
