Olo Software Engineer In Test interview questions

First interview was with one manager to discuss experience. Then I was assigned a project. Completed and submitted it. Second interview was to discuss the project and they ask you to make changes while they watch. Third interview was with the hiring manager to discuss the role. Then I was politely rejected. Very large waste of my time, and theirs, I suppose. Its a wonder they hire anyone at all.
