I had two interviews - one in-person panel at the hospital, and one remote interview with HR. Everyone was friendly, and asked standard questions (describe yourself, tell me about a time when, etc.). They also spent a lot of time during the in-person interview describing the job to me, as well as talking about their experiences with Olmsted.
