The interview process at Ollie was one of the best I’ve experienced. The process included a recruiter screening, hiring manager interview, panel interviews, a case study presentation, and a final executive interview.
Communication throughout the process was extremely transparent and responsive, and things moved quickly between each step. The only longer gap was before the case study, which was intentional and gave me plenty of time to prepare thoughtfully.
Josephine (Recruiting) in particular did an excellent job setting expectations before each round and keeping me updated throughout the process. The timelines and process that were communicated to me early on were followed consistently, which says a lot about the organization and how they treat candidates.
