Long! All in all it consumed about 2.5 hours of my life over various stages. The final being a group interview on teams, which was horrifically awkward. I didn't get the job and I am absolutely ok with that because I felt 2 other candidates really stood out, however my issue is NOBODY LET ME KNOW, after wasting 2.5hours of my time, a week later I'd heard nothing, so I HAD TO REACH OUT TO THEM to be told I was unsuccessful. It just shows a complete lack of respect from the olleco managers that they couldn't even be bothered to let me know.
