Interview
Went on a 2 rounds of interviews here to meet 6 different people. All were other Executive Assistants. The questions were straight forward and mostly they wanted examples. They moved very quickly and I was called back after the first round to come in for the second round. I received an offer less than a week later.

Question 1
Have you ever made a mistake in your work? If so, how did you handle correcting it?
Round one was a video interview with someone from HR. She seemed pleasant and spoke as if I had a good chance. The interviewer never followed up despite this impression and my sending a follow-up.
Took about 4 weeks, and got an offer afterwards. Everyone was friendly and had knowledge about the industry. I interviewed with 5x people on the team, all from hr to partners.

Interview
The interview process was great and they came back saying they had positive things to say about me but they’ll go for someone else. It was really weird as it wasn’t one person they were recruiting for. I thought the interview was great but the outcome was disappointing
