It was 1:1 interview with the consultant in a coffee shop in front of the client's building.
Started off with a resume walk through, briefly stating why it should be me. Leadership experiences and team work was the key in the part.
Case interview was done to see if I can think logically and break down the issues well.
The whole interview took about an hour.

It was the most positive interview experience I had. The interviewer was a second-year consultant who was very kind and understanding. No case interview at the time I interviewed, but this may vary.

First Round was mostly fit based
Final Round was fit + case + industry knowledge
The Process was a bit informal because it was for a RA position.
Nonetheless it was very competitive
(Supervisor told me afterwards that there was approximately 300 people applying for the position.)
