I applied in-person and the whole process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Bonas (London, England) in October 2017. It was a great experience, I applied in person and they ask me few questions about availability and flexibility. In 7 days I received a phone call from the store manager inviting me to an interview at OB store 4 days later. The interview lasted around 2 hours. They asked me questions about myself, availability, and my experience... everything in a very relaxing way. They were really friendly and clear, so the questions were easy to answer and I haven't feel any pressure or bad energy if I needed to take few seconds to think. The interview continued with a math test that I completed in 20-30 min ( it was easy, but you need to be concentrated) After the test I went to the shop floor and spend around 40 minutes there, talking to customers and meeting the rest of the team... I felt like I was already working at OB! They make me feel so comfortable so that helps me to be relaxed and be myself. It was a really positive experience. I received a job offer after 2 days... I was SO happy!

Really friendly & enjoyable interview process!! They got back to me quickly after I applied. I had a brief chat on the phone with the Assistant Manager and then was invited in for a second interview with the Manager + a mini-trial shift a few days later. Standard questions, definitely lots of opportunity to speak about yourself/interests/skills etc. Ended up turning down the job as I'd already accepted another offer but would have been happy to work there otherwise!! (-:
