I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Olive Garden Italian Restaurants (Lakewood, CO) in Nov 2013
Interview
Got an e-mail a month after I submitted my application. I went in, sat with a Manager in Training first, though normally it would be just any manager other than the GM. After the initial interview, I went on a Peer-Tour of the restaurant, then sat down with the GM where he offered me a job on the spot. Generally if you get to sit down with the GM, you're good to go. Though I've seen sometimes the GM interview being scheduled for a few days later due to him not being in.

Have you ever worked in a Full-Service restaurant before?
Was honestly fine, really nice but those questions were honestly so hard to process. The overall interview took 15 mins. You have to go through 2 interviews unfortunately I only went through one

Interview
It went well, but they weren’t hiring for a Host position. They were actually looking to fill a different role that I didn’t previously know about before applying or interviewing.
