I applied online. I interviewed at Olin Partnership (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2019
Interview
There were three people in my interview which in ways made it easier and in ways made it harder. What I liked about having three people at the same time was that there were no awkward silences. It did mean it was kind of rapid fire questioning (just because a lot of people had questions!) but it actually made it feel more like a normal conversation. The people who interviewed me were very kind and also very straight forward. Their questions were direct and to the point so that they could quickly understand my skill level and how I'd fit in.

Question 1
What are some company projects that interest you and why?
Three associates and myself quickly exchanged pleasantries and they began to ask a series of questions. For the most part they seemed to be disengaged and uninterested by asking generic questions and did not leave time for me to ask questions. Overall, they did seem nice and intended well but seemed too busy to produce a quality interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Olin Partnership in Jun 2021
Interview
Very professional, structured interview divided into three sections. All interviewers were engaged and curious about the work presented. All in all a two-hour process, longer than most interviews. It took several weeks to hear back with a decision, though communication in the interim was frequent.
