4 different people. Included spiritual questions and questions regarding the job. Describe the culture and that was very team oriented however this was not accurate. After getting the job I quickly realized that leadership wanted to make it more competitive rather than team oriented. Ethics felt like they went out the window. I was very disappointed with organization that claims to have such wonderful beliefs and values.
