Applied online for position, contacted for an interview. Interview consisted of in-person questions asked very formally. Question was asked, you answer and your answer recorded - it was not a a conversational interview. Second step of the interview was completing two short answer questions independently within 30 minutes.

In person office visit, was told that virtual interviews are not possible. They had me do 1.5 hour long assessments on worksheets after the 30 minute interview. They ultimately did not tell me whether or not I was selected and did not respond to an email about the status of my candidacy 2 months after the interview.

Applied online through state agency website, got a phone call from the supervisor a few weeks later to set up an interview. They asked me to put together a 5 minute presentation about how operators get certified. Interview went well, didn’t ask any hard questions. Never heard anything back regarding g position. Complete waste of time, at least get back with people about decisions.
