4-panel interview. This was an in-depth interview that lasted for about an hour or more. I was interviewed by 3 seasoned attorneys with between 15 to 35 year experience of working as attorneys. The questions were apt and required a few seconds to answer. Definitely not an interview that one could cram answers for. The questions were required real-life answers and examples of problems one resolved in the past.
