Fairly straightforward, to the point and can lead into other conversations that aren't strictly to the interview which can be interesting. Man who interviewed me can come off as intimidating but once you talk to him more, he seems more relaxed.

Easy going, asked many question regarding the position, very careful in choosing the right candidate. Never felt intimidated. Person was very concerned in getting the right candidate about the job and have job knowledge in what I apply for.
