The initial interview was with a senior recruiter who was based in the Netherlands it was a very positive experience as it was very much a 2-way conversation questions and answers about your career and company but the second stage was with the Head Of Sales in the UK it was a very different story it was a very old fashion way of interviewing only one direction with a negative approach trying to find out was is wrong with the candidate rather than what was right I ended up thinking I am not going to accept the role at Office App had they offered me the job. Although feedback was offered when it came it was in a very standard type of email nothing concrete.

2. Talk with team lead about the team and tech stacks
3. Assignment which is pretty easy
People are nice there, and they are doing cool things.
Con: Something I didn't like is they did not make the assignment described clearly and the interviewee have to take the responbility. You also won't hear back from them about updates when it is possibly negative.
