Interview
The interview process had a number of phases to it and each step was really fun and engaging. The process is set up in a way that at each phase of the process, you gain a significant amount of insight into the role while at the same time giving you an opportunity to show what you have to offer.
The process was as follows:
- Online Application where you answer some fun questions,
- Screening call
- Face-to-face interview
- Simulation day
- Reference checks

Interview
It started with a 1 on 1 phone call, which was followed by an assessment. Upon passing the assessment, there was a virtual meeting with the line manager and a Talent Advisor. The last stage was a combination of assessments and interviews.

Strengths and weaknesses, as well as background and motivations
First there is a screening call and then they send an assessment. When your assessment is marked you get invited for a virtual interview. Once you have passed the interview you go to Simulation Day which is a simulation of actual work combined with interacting with the team.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a mixture of technical assessments an interview and a culture-fit interview. The entire process was very true to the role and were necessary. The process was highly organised and the preparation was relevant to each step of the process.
