it's relaxed once you know about the company you are fine. it has to do with general knowledge about the company( Why do you want to work for Ofcom) with a mix of your personal interest.

How would you prioritise your work? Of your own values, which ones do you relate to the most with Ofcom?
Very easy and the interviewer was friendly. You really get a good feel for the work environment. If any company was supposed to host interviews then this is how it should be done!
