Interview
The interview process started with a phone call from the manager, who was very polite and made me comfortable to start with. The hiring manager provided me with an elaborate company profile and nature of work. This was followed by my experience discussion at work and relations with coworkers and manager.
The 1:1 interview went very smoothly as well. The hiring manager did ask me a few research related questions but the basic approach seemd to be towards attitude towards work and basic clinical knowledge.
