The interview process was well executed and transparent. I got an invitation on email with very clear guidance on where, when and how to get there. I got interviewed by a hiring committee which was a good blend of management, colleague and admin. They had thoughtful questions and I felt they were active listeners. They both had focus on concrete competencies and asked about personal motivation. I got a personal phone call with actual feedback on the interview which I find is really rare these days.
