The selection process was incredibly competitive, with 1900 people applying and only 12 getting in, but throughout the process, they always communicated and were really nice. There were 3 stages when I was applying. My interviewer (now my manager), is one of the nicest people I have met. The best advice I can give to people who want to work for this company (aside from researching the specific job role) is to research about who Octopus are, what they stand for, what kind of person the CEO is, and the projects they are involved in around the world. Once I was in, Steph Sims was very nice to me.
