Was scheduled a phone call interview, called late and told that there was no interview as the position was filled weeks ago internally interviewer was unsure as to why the job was still open.

Started with an initial phone call conversation to understand the company and to summarise your CV. Had a virtual interview with the hiring manager which was relaxed. I felt at ease as I was able to get to know the interviewer. I was asked some competency questions as well as personality questions which made the interview go smoothly. The final stage was meeting the team which I found particularly engaging for a wider perspective of what octopus has to offer.
