The process was smooth and professional. After applying online, I was contacted quickly for a phone screening, followed by a video interview with the AP Team Leads. The questions were relevant, focusing on accounts payable experience, organisation, and handling deadlines. There were also a couple of logic/situational questions, but nothing too tricky. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Communication was generally clear, though there were short gaps between stages. The whole process moved quickly overall, and I had an offer within a couple of weeks.

It was a two stage first process: the first stage was a call with the recruiter who was lovely to speak to and just figuring out if I'd be a good fit for the role and company, very informal. The second stage was an online interview with the senior management accountant and the accounts payable manager. There were questions about my past experience, ways I work best, logic questions and a friendly conversation, I was also given the chance to ask questions.

I had a phone call with talent acquisition and then a zoom interview before being offered the position. Straightforward process and a zoom interview was scheduled as I couldn't get time off from my current role.
