The first step is a custom TripleByte assesment which focuses on frontend development (but still includes questions about backend/full stack development). Next is an initial interview with a recruiter, short and sweet. Followed by a technical interview involving a live coding challenge with a couple of their senior developers. And then finally an interview with a more senior member of the company.
