Face to face interview with the supervisor and the team. The team had some fun interview questions prepared to make the interview more comfortable. The reason for the interview was to make sure that I would get along with the team and be a good fit.

Fairly quick and straightforward. Had a friend refer me, and after passing a logical computer test, went through an interview with a panel of managers, then a group of peers.

Interview
Take a test - similar to LSAT logic test. Timed. Come in for interview - talk to several project managers. Come back in for a second interview. Get drug tested. Everyone was very nice.
