These guys are not hiring; they just put people in processes and then they lose track of their advancement. I had to pass the technical part two times for one process. Months later they contacted me asking if I was interested in working for them.
Don't waste time having a hiring process with them. They are a mess.

Screening, dos entrevistas técnicas con Oceans y una cultural con el cliente. No sé si hubo mala comunicación con el cliente, entre los reclutadores o qué pasó. Me dejaron volando a pesar de que en teoría había pasado las entrevistas.

They talked about Soft Skills, but they don't have them. The technical interview has no structure at all, and the tech recruiter is rude. The tech interviewer started to talk and ask about off-topic technologies. He criticizes every answer and gives himself credit on code online review. Be cautious if you would like to work here.
