Standard interview process. With a urinalysis at the end of it. Came back a second day for a second interview and intake. The process was rather quick with all things considered

I filled out an application and got a call back within a few days. I called them back and they immediately got me in for an interview. The were super nice and hired me on the spot with no experience in processing. But I have a pretty impressive resume in hard labor so I think that played a factor. I had my interview Friday and I leave the following Tuesday to the boat. There main concern is first safety and second is that they think you can actually do the job and stick with it.
