Online interview time scheduled by them, they never joined it, nor informed that they would be late. Was also late to the rescheduled time, no apology offered. Also asked me to work without pay for 4 weeks? After the interview emailed me saying I was the top candidate and how soon I could arrive, I said 3 days driving from Victoria. Never heard back from them. 6 month later a recruiter offered me the same job but paying almost double what the owner told me. Declined saying the vibe was off. Ended up working in Airlie beach and word around town is that my instinct was correct, company is known for being disrespectful and scam vibes.
