Ocean Bankshares interview questions

The interview process was quick and easy. I had a first round interview with a recruiter and then a second round panel interview with various managers. The questions were largely behavioral based and focused on how I handled different situations.

Easy interview, pretty easy process. Interview is performed by camera. Hiring manager was good and experienced. Interview process was good overall. I would recommend to a friend. Good luck on yours.
