I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Obie (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process had three stages. The first was a 30-minute interview with Mary, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. After that, you complete a short assessment, which was very straightforward. If the hiring manager likes your responses, you move on to a second interview with the customer service manager and a supervisor. The final step is a third interview with several members of the team.
Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and encouraging throughout the entire process. Communication was consistent, and everything moved fairly quickly for me—about a week and a half. You can really tell they care about who they bring onto their team.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Obie (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2024
Interview
The first was phone interview was relatively quick and straightforward, and the interviewer was very pleasant. I was notified about a second interview, with the manager, which appeared to be more focused on providing information about the company and the role, while also giving me an opportunity to share some high-level details about myself and ask questions. I was told I would receive an email within a few days regarding whether I would be moving on to a third interview or if they decided not to proceed, but I never received any follow-up communication.
