The interview process was misleading. On Indeed they advertised the interview as though it was going to be a one-on-one meeting, however once I got there it turned out to be a "job fair" with about 90 applicants on that day. The interviews themselves were basic and they openly told me that my qualifications (EMT/Medical Assistant) were not that relevant to the position, but they still offered me an offer. The whole thing felt as though they were just trying to hire as many people as possible regardless of experience or qualifications. It was very suspicious, I am still unsure whether to take the offer due to the blatant desperation of the interview process.
