Interviewed for credit risk associate. 2 rounds of interview both virtual and in-person with questions around basics of credit, ratings, financial analysis, forecasting, covenant analysis, benchmarking, property valuation and they also gave a short case study to answer

What are your basic 3 parameters on which you analyse the credit worthiness of a company
Had a screen interview. HR person looked very bored, wasn't even a little bit interested in what I was saying. Quite frankly she looked frustrated that she has to be there to interview me. Lasted about 6 mins and not heard anything back even though I followed up.

Interview process was smooth and was very well managed by the HR Team, even the offer was provided in the stipulated time. The process will have one test, one interview with onshore team, and one interview with the hiring team.
