The interview process was not long, it was easy going conversation interview, prepare for the basic question about health environment in work place. and how to handle difficult situation. The interviewer was nice and polite, and passionate.
fast and easy. Phone interview and then an interview with the practice manager and lead scribe. About 30 minutes on Google meets. Probably got onboarded after a month after interviewing

First, I had a phone call. After the phone call, I was scheduled for a 30 min interview. Phone call was very relaxed and gauging interest. Interview had simple questions. No typing test.

Interview
The interviewer was talent acquisition for the Oak Street Health system. It was the first round of interviews, after which the second round was with actual medical staff. The interviewer was relatively friendly, and was primarily concerned with whether or not the job can fit into my schedule.
