Resume and meet with GM. Was told to come back and meet Assistant GM. Interview took about an hour. No sales questions. Was told I could start when I wanted. Was told that if I sold 2 houses a month I would make 70 thousand. Problem is average sales at that lot is less than 1 per month per sales person. Found out later that Assistant GM only sold 11 homes last year and most of those we stolen from terminated sales people.
