Interview
n interview is essentially a structured conversation where one participant asks questions, and the other provides answers. In common parlance, the word "interview" refers to a one-on-one conversation between an interviewer and an interviewee.
You just apply to them by sending an email to their HR email address. The company is extremely small with 20 or so employees. So all the emails go to one manager. He then takes the email and calls you in for an interview. and once they see that you have a car and are ok with computers and in speaking English, they will hire you on the spot.
