The was an interview with talent person, then they want all my documents and then the rejected my application because my residence permit has less than 6 months(It was more when I sent to them)
They have a really weird rules, Because in order to extend permit I need the work contract and I can't even apply for it earlier than 4 month till the end.
So...this tells you a lot.

Interview
I applied for the Senior Site Reliability Engineer position (remote within France). The process consisted of a screening call with Talent Acquisition, followed by a 45 minutes technical interview with the Lead SRE. The interview was exclusively theoretical and covered SRE concepts. No practical exercise was included. The conversation ran longer than scheduled, which suggested mutual interest. I was later rejected, so I asked for detailed feedback. The feedback I received did not appear to be aligned with the job description or with established SRE best practices.
Very pleasant interaction with the hiring manager. Prompt communication and information delivery. The fist interview with the hiring manager was equally pleasant and respectful, we discussed my competencies, motivation and some previous situations I've been into. Overall positive experience (didn't get the job in the end).
