I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OTL Solutions (Barcelona) in Mar 2018
Interview
First there was a phone screening with the recruiter and a 30 minutes online personality test.
Then we continued with a skype call/interview with a technical manager.
Finally there was a half day session with the team to see how you would fit, and to test your professional skills on real life project scenarios of the company.
Overall the interview process was pleasant and the communication was clear.
Received an offer and was about to accept it, when the company just completely disappeared. They ignored my emails and never got back to me.
This is very unusual after a getting a written offer and very unprofessional. Circumstances may change, and it is totally acceptable but at least give the courtesy to your candidate to let them know.
If the company takes a long time to come back to you:
1. They are not efficient, maybe even bureaucratic.
2. They are risk-averse
3. They are not people-oriented
If they treat like you don't matter, you can be sure that's how they treat their employees, too.
You want to be successful? Then -
Treat candidates and employees like you treat your best clients - with respect, courtesy and professionalism.

Question 1
How would you prioritise projects/tasks when you receive multiple requests at the same time, all are urgent and all are important?
